Cofactory’s founders Paul and Will met while working together in Bioinformatics at The University of Manchester. Both trained first in Life Sciences and have broad R&D experience across Computer Science & Process Engineering. They have worked in academia, startups, charities, government and multinationals.
We’ve driven Technology Development at all TRLs, from back of the envelope ideation through to product launch. We’ve also led Product Development, co-managed an SME exit, and built and run AI teams for a MNC. Together, we’ve published >50 papers and secured >£8M grant funding for partners
